Hello all
I am home but I am not so bright really.
Had this awful tummy bug (noro virus) and then the addisons kicked off and ended up in HDU.
blood pressure up and down- not stable but desperate to come home as no sleep in hosp- total chaos- usual scene.
BP went very low yesterday, the dr was very young and didnt know what she was doing. The endocine dr came down this morning and kicked butt.
I should have been having double steroids.
I have to get to the GP in the morning to sort all this out.
Very groggy
but good to be home.
Much love to everyone.
What a Christmas eh?

Hi Jenny,
It's good that you're home but you should get your GP to come out to you tomorrow, it doesn't sound to me as if you are well enough to go to the surgery. Hope you start to feel better soon.
Love, Doreen xx

Hi Jenni
I'm glad to know you're back home, but it sounds as if you've had a bad time. Glad to know Bernice is recovering, I hope you do too, very soon.

Hi Jenni - glad to hear you are home - what another nightmare to go through. Please take some time out to rest even if you start to feel a bit better. I think Doreen's advice on getting the GP to come to you is a good idea. Thinking of you.

Jenni,
Sorry hon to hear about yet another traumatic hospital experience. I just hope that you can get some peace and rest from all the anxieties caused by these experiences it must be wearing you down at this stage. I got pretty low when I went through what was traumatic in my mind but trivial in comparison to others. I am at my happiest when nowhere near a doctor or hosptial and as my RA is mild can deal with the flares by patience and making allowances. So I really feel for what you are going through and I hope that things are better for you in 2010....only another day to go for a brighter future.
lots of love
Mari xx

Hi all
I did have an up and down night with some real night terrors because of things- but it was a better sleep than the night before in the hosp at least!
have seen dr.
bp has settled and she has given me a pill to calm my heart rate down.
I am trying to rest a little.
she is going to fire off some red booted faxes about the complete lack of co-ordinated care and no multi agency meeting to arrange planned admission....
so all in all
THANK GOD FOR A GOOD GP!!
